Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
What do you think about Klopp taking the team to salute the Kop?
Many are saying this is sign of how far the team have fallen back that s draw against a smaller team seems like a 3 points. We need to re-built Anfield as a strong fortress and swipe away smaller teams. Some teams know that they can come to Anfield and trouble Liverpool big time according to Tony Pulis. The Europa League will cause us some problems. We have a FA Cup match on 20 February followed by Europa League match on 25 and the derby match on 27.

We need wolves not dogs in the team. Hungry and relentless wolves to shred the opponents.

With that in mind, i once again ask why wasn't Teixeira even named on the bench for the match against West Brom on Sunday? Let me also deal with 3 obvious issues that Klopp needs to address quickly. 1) GK and Defence need to fix the major problem over set-pieces. Too many cheap goals being given away in this regard. If Mignolet is not up to it, then he should be benched and Bogdan should be given a chance. Hopefully with Sakho back, he can help to calm things down. 2) The attacking players need to be able to deal with opponents who Park The Bus! We need players to open up such playing teams. Coutinho is one, but we just can't rely on him alone. 3) Klopp needs to assume that Sturridge shall not be available for consistent reliable selection this season(lets just stick to this season!). So he needs to come up with a more capable and effective Plan B strike force. To be fair to Benteke, he is just not effective as the sole striker, particularly if the team does not have fluent wingers on both sides to feed him. Unfortunately, I think Sherwood was right when he said that Liverpool's style of play would not suit Benteke when they signed him from Villa. If Klopp wants to play Benteke, then he needs to field another striker, if not he should not play Benteke. |

Liverpool should invest in natural wingers.
Lorenzo Insigne, Antoine Griezmann, or Marco Reus. The club has a World-Class manager and should look into high caliber players. |

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Gosh this EPL season has got to be the most surprising one in years!!
Leicester City really look like serious title challengers; Crystal Palace, Watford and West Ham don't look to be doing too badly either; all the supposed 'big teams' appear to be dropping points every now and then; the reigning champions are currently a point off the relegation zone; and finally one of the best club managers in the world gets the sack even before Christmas!! Who would have thought the above possible over the summer eh?! Anyways thank goodness Liverpool managed to secure Juergen Klopp's services when they did! Brendan Rodgers for Chelsea perhaps |

Milner is out injured . Sakho should be available for Watford match . Loveren's injury also not too serious . Should be back in a couple of weeks time. Hope the team can win tomorrow's game. But Watford also no pushovers. They won the last 3 games. It will be interesting to see who klopp will use as striker upfront.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
a world class manage can only do that much.
the players taking to the field, must really fight for every ball. good manager + good players = good team btw, i can see another manager getting the boot soon. |

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Wow the Leicester City express keeps rolling on! Rather see Liverpool doing this of course but after Liverpool, I am more than happy to see Leicester City carry on the way they have! Great story, very refreshing for the EPL and it could not have happened to a nicer decent chap, Claudio Ranieri!
Back to the Reds, pressure on them to win tonight to keep pace with Spurs and Crystal Palace oh and take advantage of United's current lack of form. Fingers crossed for a good result, come on you Redmen! |
