Contact the other guy Hugo instead. I've had poor experience with the other guy; slow reply sometimes outright ignored/blue ticked, incoherent, to the point of repeating the same questions over & over.

Hugo on the other hand seems to be always on the ball. Prompt reply, gives options if stock is unavailable and friendly.
