Just think going too slow will make her have more feelings for you which might not be in your favour in the long term. Somemore u say she seems to be shy type. Would be better if you find out more first eg. ex-boyfriends, sexual experience etc. Cause if too inexperienced she may not want to give without feelings attached. The other way is to tempt her with money but may backfire also..

Can't agree more on this point. What you want is a FB and not a GF, this relationship building is like building a strong reinforcement pillar which is going to make her forget that she's a maid in the house.

Suddenly there is a flood of bro who advice me to stop and not take any more risk. I appreciate the thought and concerns. And weighing my option daily.

I can say that my maid is now quite lonely and under going some change of enviornment here. She need a listening ear and pillar of support. My lunch time phonecall with her helps to build up some trust level and also ease the work "stress" if there is any to begin with.

Now she look me as a caring boss or brother and call me "good man". She knows i cannot love her or give her anything more (been enphasiing the my OC is the decision maker.

I have had a few experiences with a few of my previous DHs. Not all. They will send signals, and the key is to decipher them accurately. That said, working around the time schedule of everyone in the house to get some alone time was always my biggest challenge. Like you, I have always laid it out that my Wife is the boss and there can be no rocking the boat.
