You are pretty safe from HIV as what I can see from your description.
HIV basically transmit through the exchange of body fluids. Unless your penis skin has a cut or lesions, otherwise just that 3 seconds alone, would not get you any HIV. In the case, of infected by HIV via the urethra( meaning the urinary opening of your penis) is rather rare. Probably less than a percent. Need not to worry about this. However, whether are u safe from STDs, I would not comment. Coz there are some STDs are transmitted just by skin contacts, example will be herpes. As to why many ppl say HIV is transmitted via sexual intercourse, this is a reason to it. During sexual intercourse, tear and abrasion often occurs during penetrative sex, and that will have a certain chances of introducing HIV into the uninfected party. It also because of that women has period, that increases the chance of transmitting HIV. After all, blood from period is also body fluid. As for why homosexual has a even higher chances of contracting HIV, it is because the skin in the anus is much more delicate than the vagina wall. And it is also because of anus is not a sexual organ by nature, it does not have a natural form of lubrication like the vagina. So, it doesn't mean that you have anal sex with a female,makes u any safer than any other gay.

Map of Hayam Wuruk area
I've been lurking on this forum for a while, and have read most of the posts, although it took me a while before I read through all the posts and I want to thank all for the great info!
So now I have decided to give something back to this forum instead of just passive reading. With all the information and directions that our active members have given me, I have made a map of the Mangga Besar and Hayam Wuruk area with the places that are recommended for a (preferably more than one) visit. I am not sure if I am correct, so if you have any comments, please let me know. I can't attach the file to this post, so I have put it on a free website. The URL is http://hayamwuruk.port5.com/.
