Was at the raffles place change RMB rate at 5.14 while HK is 6.11.

Was at Bank of China Taman Molek Branch. Xchange rate was

RM 100=RMB 211.98

the rate was #%!!@x, but no choice. Outside money changer quoted 211 only. Changed RMB20,000 and received 2 stacks of new notes. According to them, all their RMB are freshly printed and arrived from BJ. They ask me to intro more friends as their branch just newly opened. Those bros want to carry new notes, worry about fake notes from other money changer, please come to this branch.

i changed some on tues before i come to china and rate was 5.13 ...
the money changer told me that S$ will be stronger and could get better rate .. looks like he forecast wrongly ...
