if your rep point is above 40, you will have power of 5

mate, u need to have a min of 40 rep points before the rep power kicks in..
u will have a rep power of 6 points in a few days if you have at least 40 rep points.

1. Everyone starts with 20 reputation points and reputation power of 0. When a reputation score of 40 is reached, reputation power becomes 1.
