Although most caucasian's have to pay double, SGD 80, you get double time, 40 mins.

No chance. I brought my jap biz associates there a couple of times. Got them to keep their mouth shut, hoping to get away with $40 bucks deal but failed on both ocassion. The OKTs are rather uncompromising on this rule. But then again, you get double-the-time so I guess it all even out.
