this HDS is located at the top storey(i think) of upper serangoon shopping, i did went there once to look look see see, see 2 girls sitting outside quite chio... gold hair never try as i dun dare venture into hc / hc lookalike joint. This shoping centre quite wulu one...just like the 2 shopping centre beside beauty world. think got many yrs history liao..
