yeah you should.

you see an erect penis needs blood to become hard, so the blood deployed towards the penis will be deprived from the brain for it to function properly. moreover, the size of the penis determines how much blood it needs too

and the female doesn't have a similar sized organ that will use up blood when they get sexually aroused.

maybe the small dick guys have low blood pressure. not enough power in the valves to pump the blood throughout the body.

ego isn't an organ la.. maybe it's in a part in the mind, then maybe the blood is used up to think their ego and the rational thinking part of the mind is blood deficient.

Any body still in contact with the "suspect"? I went a few steps further and obtained more evidence. She is indeed a chio bu (at least to me), and assets are credible as well. Cannot really measure from visual but can aga-ago that she is top heavy.
