It's not due to the rentals, the rentals are quite OK and can easily cover by the extra services

It's more due to the constant spot checks that forced some to close down. Heard that there are 2 checks in the past 4 days for both PPC.

Even Pearl centre also kena freq checks. Heard from 1 TN owner at Peark that the place needs to be cleaned up for future development. The place at Outram MRT is already to be developed with hotel + condo

im thinking of foot reflex rather than FBM. i have passed by the quite new javanese foot massage on L2 a few times. N they r doin brisk business. cant be im always there at the right time. even those in PPComplex ... biz is super competitive but often see many of the shops packed, esp the reputable ones. but its not easy if u r a new bird on the block lah ... it looks so easy for the old birds with existing shops to expand with new shops cos they oredi have the know-how, capital and the manpower manangement which they can easily rotate staffs between shops.

2 days ago went to ppc. went to one of the joint, (not basement) inside got a lady who already become sg citizen but said her hubby passed away.

when she talks very cheerful and the fragrance from her hair smells good.
i find her slightly talkative but not irritating.

even after u minus off the basement shops, there r still quite a number of TN shops fr L1 to L3. of cos yr clue helped a lot (given there r so many TNs in
B1) but it's too much of a hassle to recce every single of the remaining suspects for clues. looking at the ltd quality of the gals in PPC, i think it's not worth the trouble n rather givit a pass!
