My recommendations

1) Punggol Plaza Level 1. Slightly more expensive but very shiok.
2) People Park Centre - L2. Next to Sinzhong Medical (place that sells TCM products_)
3) People Park Complex - L3 Teochew Meng. Cheap and good. But chairs getting run down and not as comfortable as the other two.

After a good foot reflexology do we need to give "tips" to the foot reflexologist who attended to you. If so, how much u think should be the amount? cheers.

It is certainly not an obligation to tip, but when I do it would normally be not more than $10.

if the footmasg is 25 dlr per hr, then keep the change of 5 dlr.
if charge 35-40 dlr, then no tips

The foot massage at Feet Press at Siglap is pretty good. But I dont really like the ambience there cos every customer is practically facing another customer at the opposite side of the room. No privacy at all.. For good ambience, I would recommend White Panda at Arab Street. The chairs are really comfy and they also serve you dried fruits, towel and tea. But most of the masseuses there are female though.. eye candy masseuses I must say.. Xi Yuan is also quite good if you want a no-frills good hard massage.

For me, my number one foot reflexology joint at the NBR area would be without any doubt Xiyuan Foot Spa, I always go there to look for Ah Dong, there is a female therapist there by the name of AiQin also can massage quite well for female foot therapists standards. I would normally to Xiyuan once or twice weekly to have my footy and then walk over to have my body massage at my favourite Tang Dynasty Spa. Talking about eye candies, I think Tang Dynasty Spa has quite a number of young and pretty masseues in the night shifts and they all surprisingly can massage pretty well, both for foot reflecology and body massage. But I will still stick to Xiyuan's Ah Dong for my foot massage.This is just my personal preference.

Xiyuan at 4 pahang street and Whitepanda at 148 arab street. Upz me if u think their service & massage is good as i wouldnt say the best...try for urself
