technical details

Nutrition plays a great role in determining both the content and volume of your ejaculate. Naturally, a balanced diet is essential for good sexual health, but the vitamins, minerals and supplements listed below can have a dramatic effect on the volume of ejaculate your body produces.

The supplement L-Arginine is an amino acid the body uses for a variety of important chemical and cellular processes. . .it is also believed to help you produce more volume of ejaculate. 500mg daily and (this is important...) 1,000mg 30-40 minutes prior to sexual activity. Like all natural supplements, you must be patient and allow your body's "storehouse" to build-up. This period takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending upon the individuals baseline health and metabolic rate.

Zinc - One of the nutrients most critical for prostate health. The prostate needs 10 times more zinc than any other organ in the body. It is vital for preventing prostate problems. Unfortunately, 90% of men consume diets deficient in Zinc because most of our food is processed. Irving Bush and Associates at Chicago's Cook County Hospital tested the effectiveness of Zinc supplementation on men with prostate problems. All patients reported symptomatic improvement while almost 80% had palpable shrinkage of the prostate gland. RDA is 15 mg...we recommend 45 mg per day.

Lycopene - is a natural anti-oxident that is prevalent in tomatoes. Recent studies show it to have roughly twice the power of Beta-Carotene and 10 times the strength of Vitamin E, when it comes to protecting and healing our bodies from the damage of free radicals which are the cancer precursors. In fact, free radicals are now considered to be one of the main causes of disease and aging. In a process known as oxidation, they accelerate the breakdown of our cell's structure, thereby damaging the DNA and weakening our immune system. A four year study at Harvard University set out to see whether the five major antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables would have any beneficial effect on prostate cancer. Of the five, only Lycopene was found to have a direct link. They found that of the 50,000 healthy males studied, those who ate at least 10 servings of tomatoes or tomato based products per week were 33% less likely to develop prostate complications than those who never ate them. Researchers concluded that the active antioxidant in tomatoes, Lycopene, significantly reduced the risk of prostate difficulties and improved its function. We recommend 10-12 servings of tomatoes or tomato based foods per week. Do not use or ingest if allergic.

try to drink fruit juice can help you increase sperm

2 tomato
3 ladyfinger
1/4 cold water
1 tablespoon of lime juice

Hi Brothers. my half-cent worth

In general, a healthy diet is important for good functioning organs.

In general if your food intake is balanced, you get good exercise and a good dose of liquid (water or fruit juice) you will be able to naturally produce a lot of semen/sperm. You will find the need to discharge (PPC or wetdreams or FJ) when the build up is over the limit.

As you grow older, your testosterone levels gradually decline, resulting in less muscle strength, fewer viable sperm, and decreased sexual desire. Boosting this with a healthy dose of protein, high fibre and vitamins (particularly A, B-complexes, C & E) all helps. There are also herbal remedies but most need to be taken in combination and the dosage varies.

One good way to exercise the prostrate is the Kegel exercise where you contract your PB muscles. This promotes blood circulation to your testes and also stimulates production of sperm.

There is no sure fire way of increasing sperm count with drugs. Natural remedies take a long time so be patient if any of you are on them.

Just remember the SEEDS of life. Sleep well, Eat well, Exercise regularly, Drink lots of water, and Supplement your diet with Vitamins and Minerals you lack.

Just what I know on the subject.

Ok, i am not really into increasing my sperm count, i prefer to have lesser sperm, then wont have so much chance of mis fire.

1) Vitamin B12--is it true or old wives' tale that it can get you going and increase sperm count plus increase chances of getting baby?
2) Eggs--I find that when I eat extra eggs I get extra horny and when come, I come a lot. Is this all psychological or are eggs really good for sperm count increase or semen production, at least for some people?

OK, this sounds like I'm asking you as if you're a doctor. If you are then it's a bonus; if not, then you've fully researched this stuff to write with authority.

Let me help out a little. I dunno about Vitamin B12 but eggs definitely helps in the production of semen. You probably know that eggs are full of protein. So are semen. In fact, if I am not wrong, about 80% of semen are made up of protein. I guess that is also why it has the texture of egg white. Very nutrious leh. Gals who dun like CIM and swallow semen dunno what they are missing out.

sorry for late reply, as seldom come to the forum as lost of the past forum attractions.
I am not a doctor myself, but I see sperm counts must come with the timing of ovulation. The increased sperm count does increase the chance of getting pregnant. Vit B12 is one of it to increase and this also comes from egg.

Increase sperm counts also sometimes not able to increase pregnancy rate as the sperm must be healthy. If not, quantity without quality also bad.

Well, the purpose of increasing sperm count is not to improve its quality or to get a gal pregnant unless u r ready.

my sole purpose is so that if i do f around, my gf won't suspect as my sperm level will still be high

Well... you can try and control to shoot less. Maybe it can help.

Anyway... can always use the word "TIRED" as an excuse or you can say you drink too much water. But just remember to go to the Loo often.
