Guys and gals bone structure is slightly different, look and observe the shape of the elbows and limbs from the back. Very distinct difference a guy and a gal. I can 99% identify a guy from a girl from this.

Yeap, i think the hands and shoulders are good ways to determine. Men's palm's are generally wider and have thicker thumbs and fingers. The butt also, real girls generally have rounder butts as compared to men.
