You may want to have a heart to heart talk with her or even see a counsellor together. Empathise with her and then influence and change her decision to stick with you. A relationship that is one sided is not going to be one that is complete and an incomplete relationship is not going to be healthy.

If she loves you and you have her interest in mind, it is better to help her end her relationship with you graciously.
