Bro, you may have good intentions in raising HIV awareness but scare tactics is not the way to go.

I've never heard of any job in the private or public sector that requires HIV testing unless you're a medical staff working in a clinical environment or maybe a uniformed personnel like police, scdf or army.

Can you share with us which jobs and which companies require their staff to go through HIV testing? Seriously never heard of it so far.

I think if the employer put that as a requirement, a lot of people will not want to take the job offer as anyone who tests positive for HIV will have their details sent to MOH as the disease is notifiable by law.

So why would someone apply for or take up a job if it means MOH will end up knowing their HIV status. I think most jobs will not require this, they only do very simple general screening for you.
