for housing, try http://beijing.haozu.com/, www.ganji.com or www.bj.5i5j.com
u need to sign a contract of minimum 6 mths minimum...if local housing like hdb back home, u will need to pay agent fee for condo then u don't...

for banking, it's like sg where all atm is link...for bigger banks it will be ICBC, Bank of China or maybe even Merchant Bank

I think it's mis-communication la......you know Lily is quite blur sometimes. It is her assistant that clarified this matter with me coz when I read your post, I also puzzled why Li Na doesn't do FJ when I have done it with her before.
