hahaha ya, sometime even can find the sub but the speed is not right. Same as this one, I have to resync a few times to match the speed...

Some China flims are more trouble if want to put both Chinese and English subs together. Coz some of them have a different cut (timing) for US release. So, have to take more time to resync to match it. And some Chinese sub they saved in wrong encode format before upload. So have to do something to fix it.

If like this, not sure is your mega account got problem or your PC or device got problem.
There is two way maybe can find out.

1. Try install the Mega app to you phone logon to the same mega account and downlaod a file see is it works.

2. The other way is from PC.
2.1 Use another email account to register another Mega account. From the 1st mega account create a share link from that file.
2.2 open another web broswer (or log off the 1st mega account) and logon to the 2nd mega account. Then paste the share link, import the file to the 2nd account and try to download.
3.2 If the file can download from the 2nd mega account, means your 1st mega account got proglem. If the 2nd mega account also can't download as same like the 1st mega, means maybe your PC setting or some other thing prevent it...

If you directly download from web broswer. Try turn off the VPN plug-in extension such like "Hola VPN" if you have it installed.
