You should not be hungry when running. And I don't qualified for both SYT nor GND and I think SYT refers to younger gals but GND can refer to any gals who looks sweet be it how old gua?

Depends on a couple of things. Are you going to run for more than 15 mins?

Cos, generally speaking, any run 15 mins or less, the body takes more fuel directly from the bloodstream. Anything more than 15 going beyond 30 mins, body will start taking more fat stores to metabolize.

But there are way too many schools of thought as to which one works best. Personally I think (and I've seen) that varying the intensity of your runs regularly will help to increase the rate of fat loss.
