DHC just did some minor renovations for the rooms, like replacing the wallpaper and so on.......
I recalled being assigned an unsightly room once and I asked for a change to another room. Recently I was assigned the same room and I am impressed with the changes, though I admit the place still look old..........

Bro Highlife, Not all the rooms have the wall paper changed. Only those rather "run down" rooms only. If I am not mistaken, only 3 had been done so far. Can't remember the room number but No 17 is one of them. However, they have changed all the room carpets, painted the cupboard, changed a new set of room towels (white to blue)... At least they made an effort to make the place nicer and more presentable for the $56/- they charged.  Happy Bonking, Phantom
