i think L18H09 closes quite late like 130am or so..

otherwise, 3am.. maybe some Thai Cat50s might still be open.

Yes, L1809 opens till 2AM on weekend. If there are customers, it closes at 3AM. Same for L1817, L16W17, L1425, etc. ... L1854 also closes late.
