I just started that 2 weeks ago. 200mg. Took 2 capsules every morning. Now middle of the night and morning have damn solid wood. Haven't had that for a while liao. I'm 60.

Recently Eu Yan Sang got offer for Vitality Plus, ingredients include Tongkat Ali, Maca, Horny Goat weed and Cordycepts.
