I use VLC media player ver. 2.2.6
and the screenshoot also took by using it Shift+S

Try install full set of K-Lite codec pack or mega pack
and try again. I also have this codec installed. so, I don't have problem to play any video/audio downloaded.

Working on updating my The Mummy trilogy & The Scorpion King Series to 1080p and happen to found this set of The Mummy trilogy 720p x264 with both English & Mandrain audio, and with both S.Chinese & English hard subs.
Someone may interested, post it first. Later then post the set for only English audio with selectable ESubs.
