I noticed some so called SPA has very high turnover of ML....it seems like they earn money from the ML by helping them come to singapore. after the ML got their documents, they will leave that SPA and do FL stuff...or move to some other SPA with higher earning potential....

this is actually not a SPA but they operate as hairdressing / beautician...like 99 spa at TB. i wonder how can these establishment provide massage service without SPA license.

but then they provide "after hours" massage....so doing a lot of illegal things....
