本报讯 记者崔朝阳报道：昨天，《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法〉办法(修订草案修改稿)》提交省人大 常委会审议，修改稿增加规定，禁止“有配偶者与他人同居”，“或者明知他人有配偶而与其同居，妨害一方或者 双方婚姻家庭关系”。

婚姻家庭权益是妇女应该得到保障的最基本权益之一。近年来，一些婚姻家庭出现的新问题，诸如“包二奶”现象 ，影响社会和谐。因此，修订草案对保障一夫一妻制度作出规定，禁止“有配偶者与他人同居或者明知他人有配偶 而与其同居，妨害一方或者双方婚姻家庭关系”。

省人大法制委员会副主任委员程经楚说，增加该规定旨在维护和促进婚姻家庭的稳定。根据修改稿，违反该规定， “构成违反治安管理行为的，由公安机关对违法行为人依法给予行政处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事 责任”。
