Had another place to intro to you guys. In fact, it actually came from deptrai4u. Had the privilege of meeting up with him before he leaves Hanoi. He understand that going to KTV alone cost quite a lot and he suggested going to Japanese lounge for guy who venture out alone, reason being that it charge by headcount rather than by room charge per hr. He had also not been there before so we go there for our first venture.
Day 1 We went to Kim Ma Street and there are actually quite a few Japanese lounges. Its very obvious. We drove to a valley and select one of the lounges, forget the name, think its medusa? When we walk towards the shop, we are greeted very politely by all the ladies. They can converse in English and I suspect they can speak a little Japanese too, since its to cater to Japanese customers. The place is very nicely decorated and the songs selection is very wide. They have Chinese, Japanese and of course, Vietnamese songs. deptrai4u wants me to select a lady for him and I choose a babe for him which he later told me he likes. Haha. For me, I chose a guai guai type of gal. In terms of rating, I will rate deptrai4u’s gal as 8 while mine is 7. I think no handy panky allowed, in fact, I never even attempt to kiss my lady. Think most of them are undergrads who are working there as part time to finance their studies. However, the level of service is very good and you can have very good conversation with them. Of course, the usual rule does not apply to deptrai4u. Basically, its more of the gal touching him rather than he touching. He dun even attempt to touch her and she is all over him. The gal even says ‘I love you’ a few times and from her eyes, I can tell that she meant it. I’m still trying hard to learn from him. Haha! He is qing sheng! There is no restriction on time, think we reach there around 830 and sang till 1130 which they close shop. The gals do butterfly occasionally, but they will get a replacement to stand in for her. Damages are as follows (all amt in USD): Table charge per head: $20 Tiger beer: $6 (we opened 2, so $12) Coke for the ladies: $6 per lady => this is optional, but order since they sit with us so long, they will be thirsty also. They are polite and will ask if they can order. Tips: they are not allowed to request for tips but you can choose to give if you wish to Conclusion: if you are in Hanoi for long term and want to find a gf, maybe you can try coming this place. In fact, I still keep in touch with the lady who sat with me. Who knows, they could be your FB if you know how to woo them. Think they are quite open to know foreigners. Or if you are alone and hope to have a gal to sit with you for 4hrs, this is a cheap alternative, compared to going KTV alone. Day 2: Without bro deptrai4u, decide to venture again, since alone. Decide not to go back to the same place, since most likely will see the gal again. Will like to try others. Walk round and saw a SYT standing outside a lounge called Diamond club. So on, and proceed inside. Damages: Table charge: $15 => cheaper but I noted that it is slightly more run-down and the KTV system not as new, but who cares. Im not really there to sing. Tiger beer: $5 per bottle Coke for lady: $5 per glass Total damage = US$ 20 and 100 tips (which I gave voluntarily) As mentioned, I chose the SYT. Shes 19 and is an undergrad and similarly shes working part time. English not as good as the 1st lady I met, in fact, I cannot understand some of her sms. But I appreciate her patient in replying my sms. Oh yes, in my opinion, the diamond club only have 2 ladies who can make it. The rest cannot make it one. So maybe that’s why they charge cheaper. Anyway, you can just walk in and take a look at the ladies and walk out if you don’t like. That what I did. Towards the end of the session (approx 11pm), tried to kiss her and she pushed me away. She looks very shy. I asked her if she has bf, she says she dun like. Then I say you like gals, not guys?! Then she’s speechless… haha, anyway in the end, I say must give me goodbye kiss. Kinda of kiddish, she use her hand to close my eyes (but I can see peep) and she kiss me on the lips 3 times. Tip her 100k before I left and she was very appreciative. Apologies for the unstructured FR, as I write anything that comes to my mind.

Anyway, i have to say that i rarely say bad things abt a freelance or a joint, as i always give them benefit of doubt. i write FR for good service/service but for negative feedback, i try not to badmouth, as i could be in the wrong mood. However, this time, i need to warn all bros not to go to Diamond club. Went just now and it lasted 40 min. First, i was lead to a room located at ground level. They said today full house, all rooms are occupied. To me, it is more like a resting room for the ladies. There are 2 partition which divide the room into 3 parts. On my left, i see a lady talking in her hp. Im seated in the center and the distance between the TV and me is like 1.5m, so you can imagine how cramp and uncomfortable i am. Ask them to on the aircon, they say ok. But take their sweet time. Meanwhile proceed to sing songs. the mic is not working, tell them not working, the repair man come in and go, but disappear. Im getting angry and went out to ask for the bill. The manager apologized and say she will change the room for me. I was surprised. They first said that its full house, so why can change room now. i was lead to the 3rd level. To my anger, all rooms are empty from 2nd to 3rd. Never mind, i proceed to the lvl 3 room. Waited for 10min. The TV not on. The drinks never bring up. Aircon not on. WHAT THE FUCK. I walk down and immediately asked for the bill. The manager wanted to charge me USD 38. Breakdown is: Room charge: 28 (think fri more expensive?) Tiger beer: 5 Coke: 5 I said NO. Im only here for 40min and i only sing 1 bloody song using a spoilt mic. I insist on paying $20. In the end, compromised at $25. (knn, which is the full charge i paid yesterday). Dont wish to argue further. To piss me off further, while we are negotiating about the payment, when a Japanese guy come in, they all immediately usher him up to 3th level room. Well, it be could that they dun wan him to hear our argument, but im pretty sure that they will not give him the bloody ground level room in the first place. So this just spoils my Friday. All thanks to Diamond club.
