No, I am afraid not. The recent recruits are all so bad that I have even told the management that Dragon will be loosing its edge and attraction cos for $120 ~ $150 and with an entrance fees of $56/-, there are more attractive places to go to.

Just view through the following recruits since 2003 and judge for yourself whether they are the "die die must try type or not?

Starting from - Moon -> Estee -> Porsche -> Joyce --> Armani --> Agnes -> Carol -> Chanel -> Jojo -> Angel -> Yuki....

To me, only 3 of them is worth talking....
1) Porsche - Tall and pretty, she bears some resemblance to the Hong Kong singer, Sammi. Unfortunately she is flat chested and service is so-so only. If you are looking for a pretty face to release - OK lah!

2) Jojo - young (21yo), tall, slim and fair, she has that long jet black flowing hair which I like most. Her facial features bear a slight resemblance to the american actress lucy liu. But service is rather ordinary and many restrictions, (She was a beautician before plunging into this line) so she needs a lot of improvement over here. Give her some time to adjust and getting use to this line of job, she will come good...

3) Chanel - around 25 yo, charming and all smiling, She has that mistress look, but on the down side, she is quite flat (no milk) and service is again so-so only. However, I considered her one of the best amongst all the recruits since 2003. Looking for someone charming and gf like, she is the one. Dun expect commando type of service.

So actually there are no 'die-die also must try new gals' in Dragon. I still rate old timers like Ribena, Violet and Carnation as the three Queens in Dragon. Without them, Dragon Biz will surely be affected.

Hopefully, their latest recruit, Joey will give us something to cheer for.

haha.. thanks for the detail analysis.. was not thinking of such a good report when I asked the casual question.. but guess i'm lucky, or at least i did my homework.. Porche, Jojo and Chanel all I tried.. below are my personal views:

Chanel: would not go for her again cos she is too similar to Violet already, and Violet is my fav and regular.. wanna go for Chanel might as well just go back to Violet.

Porche: Yes, to me she's pretty.. but too bad "A" cup and heavy bottom.. so, would recommend at least a try for her pretty face, but rtf only if you and her have some chemistry..

Jojo: of these 3 mentioned, the only one I probably will rtf is Jojo.. I tried her when she was a total newbie in Dragon, something like the first 2 days.. she was keen to "learn" from an "old bird" cos I told her I frequent Dragon often (which was true then).. although she was inexperience, but she was accomodative.. I'm 100% sure we frenched and the Fj was good and responsive - that was good.. but from current reports, think she stopped frenching and her inexperience still not improved.. so, that's why i did not rtf her also.. nonetheless, she's also on the tall, pretty side.. but the same downside of an "A" cupper, common in Dragon..

Guess I will continue to sit-out of Dragon until i find some good reason to return.. thanks bro phantom!

The fine for not tidying the mattress in the correct manner used to be $10/- but has somehow been revised to $50/- only very recently. Think some 'bo-liao" customer passed a nasty comment which prompted the mgt to take action...haizz.
For a megre $9/- the gals take for the massage service, they face a potential fine of $50/-...Dragon Mgt is worst than a "Blood Sucker"...KNN

Before the girls commissions $7 and fines were at $560
Chinese new year they close for 4 days, all girls automatically fine for 4 days... go figure how much they make during CNY

Well then again they promise the girls thay can get at least 7 to 10 shots per days. So they use it as a carrot. They can earn nearly 1K per day, so the girls stay.

I personally have boycott the place for unfair treatment, but that's just me. $56 bucks, 90 to 120 customers per day. $4410 to $5880 after comms. - this is everyday. Why screw the girls somemore?

Juz to highlight again..I am in no way associated with Dragon Spa. I am juz a regular patron there only...My only weakness, I love going to Dragon for my Darlings there...Hmmmm...Violet, Carnation, Ribena, Channel etc... the whole lots of them...
Whatever info that I have had, I will try to share it with the rest of the Brudders in this forum.

Likewise, I have also been updating the gals listing for Blue Wave in Johore Bahru and our wonderland in Geylang for the Cat150 Gals and homebase listing on a regular basis.

By the way, the new gal, Joey will be reporting for work in the middle of Oct/04. Any interest?

Well, the $560/day without MC or official is somewhat understandable, though it is excessive - it assumes 10 missed customers which is about the max for an angpai. Definitely not fair for the not-so-angpai girls. Anyway, this is the management's way of ensuring regular 'attendance'. Otherwise the Dragon girls will become like GL angpais - missing for weeks and months as they please. Strong-arm tactic, but bros are enjoying the benefits of the girls being available 75% of the time.

The 4-day fine for CNY, on the other hand, is totally unacceptable. There is no acceptable reasoning behind this, except that the management must somehow 'win'. Terrible.

$56 entrance fee? Of course it's on the high side. But I submit that as long as they have (arguably) the best girls of any HC, we will have to pay the 'ransom' price they are charging. We men, afterall, think with the small head way too often for our own good... Think of it this way - if you have a proprietary product in the market place that buyers can't do without. Do you charge the same price as the nearest competing product? Obviously not. These people run a business and they will price the entrance fee at what they think is the upper limit of customers' threshold. There is no reason to drop the price as long as the angpais are reasonably fully booked.

I pity them even more... I heard if they want to get rid of a girl, they would tell the girl that AV just called and asked for their name, one of the girls there told me they would get assigned nasty customers, say they are booked when they are sitting in the girls room doning nothing, all these things adds up, till they leave.

CNY fine affect all the girls so the bosses collect enough money to cover the rent in those 4 days. The day they open they usually see 200 to 250 clients, again they make money.

I don't mind paying $56... but provided if the facilities are good. Here is my gribe.... $56 bucks and I have to do it on the floor??? No food, rude service, facilities also lousy. Girls are pretty, yes, but where is the massage?? I once said, it's getting harder and harder to justify paying to the bosses, knowing the kind of people they are.

Lexon also has CNY fine too. On normal days Lexon if the girl has fines, it is collected first before they can start work that day, no otang business. Pay up or no work. And I think it could be 100 for weekday and 200 for weekend. but I'm not sure.

Totally agreed. Dragon Mgt know what they are doing. Their clients' base is big enough to ignore the trival few...so dun waste time fighting a loosing battle and concentrate on bonking and leave the market forces to decide their final destiny.

For the gals...Even under this one-sided and unreasonable working conditions, they still choose to stay cos at the worst (Not those Ang pai) they still have 6 ~ 7 clients to service a day, but whether they managed to get something out of it (Hj, Bj, Fj etc...) is dependent on themselves and their "Kung-Fu" skill. Those who cannot made it will leave automatically.

The main objective of the thread is to let those Dragon cheongsters know the working conditions that these gals are facing.
