1. If you use Windows OS. go to search or run and type CMD and enter.
The screen should pop up a window for Command Prompt
Type "Ping mega.nz" then enter. See is there a 4 reply like below screen.


2. If it show timeout or some of them timeout.
Right click the network icon at system tray icon or go to setting
Then select Open Network and Sharing Center
Select Change adapter setting
You should see the icon for Ethernet and/or WiFi icon of you hardware.
Right click on the one you used to connect the Internet.
Select Properties
From the list of of connection uses. Click on Internet Protocol ver.4 (TCP/IPv.4)
Then click Properties
You should see the below screen and change the two DNS server number to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for using the Google open DNS
Then click OK, and exit all setting screen.


Then try the step 1 to Ping the mega.nz. see is it works...
