Then try the step 1 to Ping the mega.nz. see is it works...

The DNS server is just like a yellow page phone book directory .
Its use to translate a person name to his phone number.
In DNS case, it translate the website name we type in to its IP number.

All ISP (Internet Service Provider) should have their own DNS.
and usually they also set this DNS number inside the modem they provided.

If the want to block some of the website. They can block it in their DNS server. So when you type the website name which in the block list. Its can not relate to the site.

By using the Open DNS such like the Google Open DNS. We can by pass using the ISP DNS server. But not 100% all works.
Lately my new ISP for fiber optic (not in Singapore), they still can block the porn site even I use an open DNS.

Okay, back to the setting checking...
from my knowwledge. there is few thing you still can check.
To confirm your setting already using the Google open DNS.
You can go to CMD again and type "ipconfig/all" and enter.
from the list check the DNS server. Is it already show like below screen.


If already show that you are using open DNS and you still can not. go to the site and timeout. There is few possible...
1. You may have some software like antivirus. set the site in the block list.
2. the site are blocked in your PC system list. The "hosts" file in your Windows

IP 127.0.0.1 is our own machine local host. If any website name put in to this list with this IP. When we type the name in to the broswer, it should always loop back to our own machine and not going out till timeout.
but this case is very unlikely... we block ourself
3. The site blocked inside the modem or IT dept.

Now the question is... where you use the computer, home? office?

The easy way to check is use another device or your phone connect to the same Internet connection by using WiFi or LAN. Use browser to open mega.nz . see is it also can not open. and also try directly type the IP number 154.53.224.138 see can open the mega site or not.

This copy is remuxed by somebody. shuold be mux all part for HK & China ver.
With Mandarin & Cantonese two aduio tracks. But the Cantonese audio track there is few parts switching to Mandarin and back again. Those parts are should be added from China release.
Subtitle only in T.Chinese. if want S.Chinese subs. need some time to fix it. coz many parts missing and timing is not same...

I have another copy which is DVDRip without add'l mux, only in Mandarin audio. But, forgot where I saved, need to search my hard disks first. If anyone want.
