If you have friends in Yunnan, go visit their homes. Have a meal there. Once you've done that, you won't want to lick their privates.
Once you've seen that, then u imagine the hygiene of the local males who are pounding the local girls; their hygiene is 10x worse than the girls.
That should be good reason for abstinence.
