狗肉滾三滾，神仙站不穩。近日天氣轉涼，又是狗肉飄香時候。深圳的街頭巷尾與往年一樣，出現大量以狗肉為招 牌的餐廳和食檔，每日宰殺的狗隻數以千計。但根據深圳市檢驗檢疫部門的統計，該市經正規屠場宰殺的狗隻僅有 四百隻，大量未經檢驗的狗肉進入市場，甚至有無良奸商收購被毒死的野狗，再轉售給狗肉店供食客 享用。
在深圳市布吉木棉社區，不到一百米的小街兩旁一連開了六家寫「狗肉煲」的食檔。而狗肉都是從南山的狗肉批 發點購買。據批發商表示，他賣的狗肉全是現宰殺後運過來的，絕對乾淨，但他坦承，賣了多年的狗肉，從未有任 何的檢疫證明。

南山區肉聯廠有關人員表示：「南山銷售狗肉的攤檔不下一百家，每日至少需要四百多隻狗。但每日經肉聯廠檢疫 出廠的狗不超過一百隻。」肉聯廠檢疫出廠的狗肉基本只有超市入貨，經過檢驗檢疫的狗肉只佔市場的四分之一。 由於私宰狗肉的黑屠場可能是租來的民房，沒有消毒設施，屠宰之前亦無對狗進行檢疫，宰殺之後直接送往餐廳， 和正規肉聯廠出廠的狗肉相比，兩者的差價近二十元，許多狗肉店都選擇私宰狗肉。

易染旋毛蟲病致肌肉萎縮
業內人士表示，深圳狗肉的需求巨大，單靠飼養根本無法供應充足，野狗及病狗成為另一個重要的狗肉來源。在關 外一些野狗出沒頻繁的地方，經常有捕狗者前往捕狗，他們通常以鐵棍將狗打死，另有無良奸商以有毒的狗糧誘捕 野狗，再轉售給餐廳。雖然狗肉來源不明，但每日仍吸引眾多的深圳市民進食，市民曾先生表示，雖然不知道狗肉 來源，但他相信經過高溫煮沸，應該是無問題的。

據疫控部門人員表示，狗因吃被污染的雜食和小動物會患上旋毛蟲病，如果吃了未充分煮熟的狗肉，就容易感染旋 毛蟲病。一旦得病，部分幼蟲在十二指腸成長，成蟲又繁殖大量幼蟲，幼蟲隨血管寄生於人的肌肉組織，引起肌肉 疼痛、萎縮，甚至喪失工作能力。
