I am refering to BL and not Uturn, BL is in the middle of Joo Chiat Road (JC), while if I am not wrong UTurn is at the other end of JC

hmm... in a space of about an hour, I got deducted 2 points and given 4 points... interesting eventhough I don't really bother what is the use of it... kekeke!
