Yup, hopefully the mrt can come into operation soon as I feel that the traffic in hcm is quite bad the last time I went there

I can assure you between June to September 2021, you can lie down on the busiest roads in hcm and you will be safe...

not sure who you referred to but I think I guess who...

hcm FL actions not up to pre-4th wave yet..all the FL actions now is in Hanoi...

the local hcm gahmen signed bill said allow discos, bars, massage to start...2 days later U-turn and decided tell them closed...all lan lan disappointed...now only Thu Duc and D7 allowed sell beer...practically no more fun in hcm...why bother to go now...think have to wait longer...oh still need quarantine hor...

a local working and one guy kena covid-19 positive...told to take PCR test and home quarantine 10 days...whole family coop at home quarantine...later flip prata told to quarantine 14 days and still need negative PCR test within 2 days b4 allowed to go out or work...

no food no cash given by gahmen...you die your own problem...

Actually even if in operation I also doubt the traffic will improve much as the locals are so used to going around in their motorbikes as can transport both goods & people easily to everywhere cheaply
