Within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore, you are to self-administer an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) and submit the result at http://sync.gov.sg. You must self-isolate in your accommodation until you have tested negative and submitted your results. ART kits may be purchased at drugstores/pharmacies around Singapore. If you test positive on your ART, you should self-isolate for at least 72 hours. You may end your self-isolation when you test negative on another ART. Please refer to go.gov.sg/covid-travellers for more information.

After today's announcement at 11 am, I think different rules apply depending on when you leave and return to Singapore. It's going to be confusing for the next 2 weeks but the prize of travelling freely makes the trouble worth while.

Anyone can recommend where to do a supervised ARt test in Hanoi old quarter? Just any clinic will do? Am flying back this weekend appreciate the help
In my research for an upcoming Hanoi trip, I contacted raffles hospital Hanoi and they do art test, results in 1/2 an hour and its translated to English.
Don't anyhow go to any clinic, if the test results is only in Vietnamese, its not valid for PDT back to sg

i'll be flying into hcmc for 2 nights.
According to ICA, i do not need to do another ART for return leg as long as i did one for the departure leg on the date of my departure, as its within 72h so it'll still be valid for return.
Am wondering if the airport staff in hcmc will let me check into my return flight.... Shall do 1 for return, but use the one for departure to test if they will let me board. If not, i show the one done in hcmc
