Is hard to find viet who can speak fluent english. Moreover, i feel that there are more girls from Hanoi coming here where they mostly speak chinese more.

I can also refer you to a very nice, caring Chinese lady with excellent massage skills and basic happiness at reasonable price. She doesn’t speak much English but understands.
