The best i could get for $4000 SGD....

The only chinese money changer at Arcade was quoting 4.78 at 1430 hrs(the highest there) but when i returned after my lunch at 1520 it was lowered to 4.76 !!!!! the rest are quoting 4.76-4.77

RMB will continue to strengthen further vs sgd till dec 2013 so this year won't see good rates for us...
