All letter must specific to Commissioner of CID, or to the Minister of Home Affair. But before they can get hold of all letters, do you know that they have personal assistant where all letters are scanned. The better way to reach the top man in particularly to be in email method.

AV didn't raid though duck Concord hotel the duck club been there for so many year i never see any action from AV.Why someone down my point because of this.
