You seem to have the same problem that I had previously which sex is a chore and not an enjoyment.

Your testosterone level is low and probably needs a TRT to boost it up.

We should consider making this thread about anyone above 50. Many of the guys here have wives above 50. Sometimes it's easier to learn about their problems from a forum than to ask a 50 plus year old wife directly. I have a question that I have been curious about. Is it true that women who give birth naturally (not via C-section) tend to leak urine? Like some muscle that never fully recover after child birth? I know some menopausal ladies are still using pads. Not for their monthly period but for their daily leaking urine.

I think this could be a reason why ladies stop having sex with their husbands after they have kids. Maybe worried she will leak urine after sex.

going 52 this year and I have been on those Testosterone pills for 1.5 year and it do not seem to help on the energy level and di di hardness....

I'm way above 50 but everything still works without additional chemicals because I exercise religiously and eat healthy meals.

Sex at least 3 to 4 times a week without issues unless I'm in a bad mood which kills my libido. However a long bike ride usually fixes that and I'm good to go again.

In my opinion that's all it takes but of course that's just an opinion.

Did you do a blood test to determine your testosterone level before the treatment? mine was 19.43 nmol/L and my doctor told it don't need to do anything.

Yes! Did a bloodtest which confirmed my testosterone level was really low at 11.50 nmol/L.

My recent bloodtest in Jan 2023 indicated 19.00 nmol/L which was due to the TRT

Big brother, I heard that cycling actually kills libido wor. The bike seat is very bad for blood flow below. That’s what they say lah. You above 50 can do 3 or 4 times a week can be considered superman already
