Why L18 H38 & H40 did not allow to ppls go in and look WL?

I've personally blacklisted this 2 houses liao... unless u can speak Japanese and have $$ to throw. All u have to do is go up to the OKT of H38 and blah some Japanese to him.... his smiley face will appear.... if not... no pt going there to get pissed.
