I think going to these HDBs for FL is extremely more risky, since there are many more eyes out there and those aunties, housewives at home will be suspicious when they see so many men coming in and out, loitering around their estates. Better to go for those staying in private apt, condo, etc.. Lesser risk mah, just my 2 cents..

Those PRCs and their OKTs operating in HDB flats should be arrested and flats taken back by HDB! Just setup base in private apartments their own business. But to setup base in HDB is totally irresponsible. But why should they care since these people are foreigners?

The news of PRCs operating at HDB flats is not new. Its just that SPF is short handed and do not have the resources to raid. If not do you think those operating at private apartments will be spared?
