Bro Botar is specially good at 19 hole... 1st trip he went to cp to play 18 holes... but 2nd trip, only focus on 19 hole...

but ideally, it is to have a mixer of both... i can propose a plan...

My golf kakis average age 50's. Last trip in CP 5D/4N.

3 days golf in a row. Everynight cheong till 4am.

Morning wake up 7am for golf.

Wow 1st day still can drive & arrived.

2nd day Can drive cannot arrive.

3rd day top all the way till 19th hole.

hahahahaha how to golf and cheong.

Actually I am among the youngest of my regular group. Age range between 38 to 58 is ok I think. I was worry about the twenty something. Above 70 also difficult.

4 person will be ideal. But 3 also can, for a short trip of 3 to 4 round of golf.

Tigerair, the earlier you book the cheaper it is.......

For CP, i would suggest do it in sept. reason being so is because oct is a busy season as below:

1. oct 1st is china golden week, one week holiday could makes busy.
2. taiwan is having double 10 holiday (oct 10), whenever there is a holiday in taiwan or hk, cp will full with cheongsters.
3. this is then follow by 2 weeks canton fair (guangzhou trade), all hotels will be damn full and price will up.

so, oct is not good for cheonging in dongguan.

i will draft the 4D3N plan soon... but if you guys have any preference on dates, pls feel free to suggest.

Agreed, Oct is not a good time to go China.

Looking at the posts, it would appear that the prefer for the other 2 forumer is Hainan for golf.

For myself, Hainan will be mainly for golf with some ECA at night. Whereas CP, main interest will be night ECA with some golf if possible. No golf also ok.

Yo Bro, actually 5D4N is a bit heavy, plus you do golfing everyday and cheong every night, to me it does not sounds like pleasure trip... (i knew your 1st cp experience anyway...)

for 5D4N, my suggestion is u do golf on alternative day.
1st day arrival, 2nd day golf, 3rd day relax go massage, 4th day golf again, and 5th day relax then fly back.

with this, u will have energy to cheong during the night time. n u wont feel like in the rush... holiday should b relax and fun, rather than chasing by the activities...

the good thing about dongguan is (not only CP but aother towns like CA), you can have BOTH on the same trip... wonderful bo?

if u go CA, better still, because it is nearer to mission hill, the largest golf club in china.

but we can first start with CP, then next trip on CA ok?
