she is holding WORK PERMIT now, the agent fake the diploma to electronics one, and destroy the original. meaning no more ORIGINAL ( mechanical ) or even the Fake original diploma in electronics which the agent submit to MOM, because all the document is taken by the agent.

if she return back after her contract end, ICA may not approve on her return even on social visit or holidaying ?
why is it so ? why can not return back ?

It's up to ICA's discretion as whether to allow her to rtn even is to holiday. Not as easy as one's thinking. Esp. if the lady is < 30 yo.

On her LTSVP Extension Form, I also fill up as "NIL" for her Ed Lvl. Didn't encounter any problem.

Will declare very truefully, as adviced [or advised huh ? ] by fellow brothers here.

need advice here, I apply online social visit pass for my finacee but it was rejected. I was then told to submit appeal letter, form 14 and form 39. To my understand, form 39 is the LOI (Letter of Introduction). Not sure what should I write for LOI??? though for my appeal letter, all info should already stated there, why still the need of LOI??? Thanks : )

Applying for Visa Application requires the From 14 and the LOI, appeal letter is another written letter by you to the ICA office for reconsideration for the rejection, plus any additional documents.

my situation like this,
I am Malaysian with SPR since 2000 Jan.I intending to marry my gf a Thai citizen on next year.
For ROM at SPORE,does the witness must be her family or relative?

as i am SPR and my future wife is non SPR,i not qualified for the resale flat from HDB.if we stay in Malaysia,can i apply LTSVP and then apply PR for her,even or maybe we not stay in Singapore?

my income for past 2 year 30k per year,and been paying tax for 2 year past.

For ROM, you can invite any frds, relatives or family members to be your witnesses as long they are above 21 years of age, SPR or Singapore Citizens.

Both of you are only entitled the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme (NCS) Just make sure that your spouse has at least holding a social visit pass of at least 3 months and you are at least 35 years old, or You must be at least 21 if your spouse is holding a social visit pass of at least 6 months.

If you do not have a local residential address to fill in the application form, chances are they won't be granting her the LTSVP since this pass is for her to stay long term in singapore, and not in malaysia. Hope this helps.
