I very greedy, can choose all 7 cause each has your own quality that can combine all in 1 and probably 2 backup incase 1 of you not free

For BBQ food no problem, leave it to me!! I just need to make a phone call and someone will delivered all marinated food on the day

As for payment, yes we need a treaurer and instead of collect cash which will be a bit difficult for that person, suggest we give a deadline for fund transfer to the treasurer and once deadline is up, we just cater to the amount of people who has transfer the $. In this case we will know how much to cater for, if the response is not as much as our clubbing, it's still ok to proceed, make it a more Cosy one then, purpose is to relax and enjoy each other companion.

As for who to BBQ the food, we can always take turns to do it, need not just to specific who. We just need to get a few helps to purchase some necessary items like drinks, basic necessities etc.
