Yes. It should be 4.5 before it stabilized for next 3 months

As long as USD keep rallying.
CNY (unofficially pegged to USD) will also gain against SGD.

But this year good to take profit for CNY holders.

The last time MAS done something similar like 2 weeks ago was during the US crisis.. so SGD might drop until 1.4 against USD in very near future
