another point is why do we need to share all these info openly here when we invested lots of time and resources into learning the Vietnam markets and culture...

He just want to know guys who wish to retire in Vietnam.

Sometime to retire in a city or not also depends on your family or at least your wife.... VN to me is an option but not a definite. Guess u are young now... dun dream so much about retiring... work hard, earn more money unless u are born sliver spoon with millions in your bank.
