Hi, I have visited Tharn Thong (recommended by you) and Carnation. I think the facilities at Tharn Thong are so much better. Cleaner rooms, better shower, etc. On the other hand, Carnation is run-down. By the way, you mentioned in another thread that you will be staying at Calypso Hotel. Is is girl friendly? I used to stay at Emerald which is not. Cheers.

You can try HIP Hotel or Pallazzo Hotel (Besides The Emerald, used to stay there also) both by the same owner as Emerald but both are "guest friendly" and also cheaper value for money....check it out!

It is called the Lord Palace Hotel and Spa and is in the same soi leading to Colonze 2 and beside the failed new Nataree massage (which was rejected because it is too near a school - then how did this one gets its licence?). Quite a huge facility and I understand it include a hotel. Anybody tried it?

Hmmm....was just thinking that if one was to bring a girl back to the hotel, they would have to walk thru that soi past those massage ladies along that soi inviting customers. They are the legit type and mostly elderly ladies (and sometimes men). Wonder what goes thru their mind when they see a couple like that walking past them.....
Wow, I didn't know the room was that small! Are you sure that the bed takes the whole room and not enough space for suitcases! If it's that small, I'm going to book rooms at Palazzo Hotel! Can anyone, please let me know, how small Calypzo Hotel is?
Also, during this trip, I shall visit new places that provides oil and lotion massages.
