Thats what I'm planning too. Maybe to CEI.

But now need to calm down, Im still not sure whats inside the crazy man's brain.

Just read your story bro. Sorry to hear that happened..

Thai people are nice by nature and at most times kind as well, but there are exceptions and there are quite a few of these exceptional characters in Chiangmai. Once they get emotional, all senses can fly out the window and there is no limit as to what he can resort to.

I agree that involving the police in Chiangmai and China might not be a good solution unless you have deep pockets and are willing to spend. I have an experience which is quite similar to yours but mine was in Changping, the cowboy town where every now and then people either get killed or commit suicide. Immediately following the episode, i got my ass out of there before i could be traced. So I think right now it's important for you to make sure you are untraceable by him.....

His origin is not a lanna but an Isaan, thus I can understand why he reacted this way.
Judgeing from his face, probably he doesnt goes to school, and only by using his fist, is only the way for his to solve his problem, but things wasn't as complicated as he thinks, further more, he's just an ex bf. I can understand if she was really his wife, then I admit it's my mistake, to fool with someone's else wife. Already apologised to him when he confronted me, and I insisted we are merely just a friend, nothing more than that.

I'm living in the mountain, should be safe enough, unless he has huge manpower to search for me, otherwise I will search for him as I already have some info regarding about him, to solve this matter once and for all. Had a sleepless night this few days, to be frank, right now when ever I saw some Thai guys nearby my house, I would feel a lil bit intimidated, as the things which happened to me still running on my mind.

The reason this Thai guy reacted so extremely is because he lost "face".
Not because he still love this woman.
And you know Thais (Lo-So or Hi-So) value "face" more than anything else.

Forget about who is right and who is wrong. We live there long enough... we know that's secondary. If a person's unhappy because of some psychological probem or inferiority complex, that's his problem. To try to talk sense our sillypore way don't work.

What i meant by untraceable is to eliminate all possibilities of him knowing your whereabout... eg. through someone who knows someone who knows you.... If there is no possibility of tracing you, then you have no reason to suspect anyone in the neighbourhood. There is a difference between 'Being Alert' and 'Living in Fear'. Don't end up in the latter.

She only knows I'm living in Mae Taeng, didn't really know which part of Mae Taeng, I don't think she would betray me. If she did, then what she been telling me all rubbish.

I think I been living in fear now, as maybe due to the shocked that I had on last week, still in my mind. Never before in my life, someone stopped me and pull my shirt and demand to know who am I. Need to build back my confident bro.

Yea!! Look always can be deceiving!
