Try not to go HK and apply the sg visa. The last time I spoken to them on the phone, even if you sponsor them for the visa, still need to pay 1K or 1.5K security bond.

Anyway I have checked with GZ consulate and they say that if your gf/wife is a VISA/MASTER CC holder, she can apply for a 1 or 2 yrs multi entry visa. But she must be the main card holder and not a sup-card holder.

I mean normal pay is about 2000 to 4000 yuan, with that can allow one to obtain a card or not? -

Is this the extension for the LTSVP for spouse or for PDMM? Surely marriage certificate is required for the extension for LTSVP of spouse every 6 mths or 1 year.

I heard there is a change in ruling for the extension and the application for PDMM somewhere in 1st quarter of 2007. Stay tune.

hi bros, i just talked to british council & realised their school fee for english is S$1.7k + / mth.

Thats pretty steep if my gf were to take up a course duration, say of 1yr..
S$1.7 x 12 = S$20400???

any good recommendation of langauge school with angmo teaching english at a more affordable pricing? thks bros in advance for any good advice offered..

Getting married, Yes. For granting LTSVP of 3 mths extension, Yes also. But the applying of SPR was not so lucky for the third time round.

On a related topic,

Can i enquire what is the procedure , for the following scenario

If a PRC (she is already here on a SVP, as she is already ROMed here in sgp) she wants to return to china, and return in the near future and apply for a Student pass .

She does not want her hubby to sponsor her stay any more and would like to apply for an annulment. Does anyone have contacts for a lawyer for that as so far it is ROMed and marriage not consumated + not living together.

Can she just straight away look 4 a school and apply 4 courses,and get school to sponsor her ,She intends to come back to sgp within the next 6 months to take a new course and complete her annulment ,wondering what visa cat to get ? and she does have a true legit reason to travel to singapore.

Bro,so guess if no PR hav to keep extending visa. But worried if ICA siao siao decided at the end of a particular stay not to give visa...then big headache.

Btw, in the case where the 3yrs ban is still in force,possible to bring her over if marry her in her country then apply to get her over? Thks again....

Both of you can get marry in any country. But since the 3 Yrs ban still in force, ICA won't be granting her entry, even if both of you are legally married.
