Appreciate that you will share my "burden". I will send you her name and mobile phone by PM. Indeed she needs someone to take care of her and talk to her a lot, but I am way too busy with my work and have no time.

Let me ask for her permission first.

is that so? old timers also do talk to me matters close to thier heart.... which is 'family poor, come here work earn money.'

Actually to bulid up their mood (old or 1st timer) in a deeper and lovely conversation is to bring them to the beach. Let them sit and relax while we sit quitely beside them.

Talk when only asked question... this is also a way to tackle and KC them.

Missing a comma: tai e ko co duoc nhan, tin naye moi duoc nhan, e vui lam

--> Because I didn't receive anything until this sms came, so I'm very happy.

2. e noi qua day o tu,may tui no khoc qua troi luon

What is 'tui no'? Does it mean "some close friends"? What is 'qua troi'? Does it mean "a lot"?

(I said came here in jail, several friend cry loud often)
"Tui no" = they. Yup, maybe she wants to refer to her friends, or some people she has talked about before.
"Qua troi" really means "a lot" --> this sentence means that they cry so much. I don't know who they are.

3. de tao lo tien may ve vn nha, cai e cuoi, cai e noi tao chiu dung duoc ma

What is 'de tao', 'cai em', 'tao chieu' and 'dung'? I am also not so sure about the meaning of this sentence. Probably her friend asked her to buy ticket to go back vn, but she said now cannot.

Tao = I, used between people who very close to each other. And if u call urself "tao", u must call ur partner "may". Please note that "tao" and "may" are used in very casual and impolite case/relationship. E.g: close guys friends, gals friends (rarely a guy uses those words to a gal and vice versa), siblings...
"Cai", u will see in many sentences from this gal, means "then". She uses the words from the very Mekong Delta
"Chiu dung", which she got a dictation mistake to "chieu dung", means "tolerate", "stand".
---> Let me manage the money for you to come back home, then I smiled/laughed, I said that I could tolerate more.

4. nhung ma ve ben e nho a e se qua tham a

What is 've ben'? I know she wants to visit me, but when?? I don't understand her meaning.
"Ve ben" = "ve ben ay/do" = come back home. If you talk to many gals from Mekong Delta and even in HCMC, you will see that structure: pronoun/place + ay/do = pronoun but change the tone. E.g:
bên đó = bển
trên đó = trển
anh ta/anh ấy = ảnh
cô ta/cô ấy = cổ
ông ta = ổng
bà ta = bả

Sounds very funny. I cant keep laughing when hearing this accent. This way of talking and combine words is often heard from the old and country people or common used in the 声優 of TVB films published in VN.

"Cai" = "then", as I said above.

E ko giong nguoi ta ở chỗ là, --> I'm not like others at the point that,...

'tao' and 'may' can also be used when 2 become enemy and start arguing, breakup.

I had this a few times when a viet gal is very very angry and started argument with me, initaiting a breakup

Nearly 45,000 people have booked iPhones
================================================== ==

VietNamNet

Bridge – By March 19, 25,000 customers booked an iPhone on VinaPhnone’s website and nearly 20,000 people registered for iPhones on Viettel’s website.

The two companies are prepared to introduce iPhones in Vietnam. VinaPhone Deputy Director Ho Duc Thang stated that his company would launch iPhone at 25 shops and agents in Hanoi, HCM City, Da Nang and some more cities on the morning of March 26. Customers will be offered international warranty service for 12 months.

The employees of these shops have been trained to instruct customers on how to use iPhone and VinaPhone’s policy for iPhone users. Members of VinaPhone’s iPhone project will supervise the shops.

By March 19, over 25,000 people successfully registered for iPhones on VinaPhone’s website. The firm estimated that around 50 percent really want to purchase one. VinaPhone will use the principle of first come, first served.

Viettel is also preparing to introduce iPhone on March 26, at 28 mobile phone supermarkets in 25 provinces and cities. Viettel will also supply a 12-month warranty like VinaPhone.

By March 19, around 20,000 people registered for iPhones on Viettel’s website, but the company has not opened online registration because it has not released its price policy yet.

Among the three largest mobile operators who have the right to distribute iPhone in Vietnam – Viettel, MobiFone, VinaPhone – VinaPhone was the first to announce on March 17 that it would begin distribution as of March 26. VinaPhone shocked subscribers by stating that “users will have to pay only 4 million dong” to own an iPhone.

This information spread at rocket speed. VinaPhone’s website was jammed with a sudden increase in visitors and many newspapers reported this was a second-to-none event in the mobile market. At 4 million dong, the luxury iPhone can become a popular one.

But only two hours later, Viettel released its plans for iPhone distribution, scheduled for March 26, with a service pack that allows clients to obtain an iPhone for zero dong. Viettel will announce detailed prices and service packs over the next several days.

Meanwhile, Dinh Viet Hung, chief of MobiFone's marketing department, confirmed that MobiFone would enter the Apple phones distribution network next month.

iPhone is among the most popular smart phones in Vietnam, but official products may not see good sales figures as many users have chosen to buy handsets from unofficial distributors at cheaper prices. Until now, customers had been buying the phones via foreign e-commerce websites or by getting foreign friends to buy the products for them.

Currently, Viettel, MobiFone and VinaPhone are deploying 3G services to offer high broadband internet access and high speed data transfers. The 3G-compatible iPhone will give a major boost to the development of 3G services in Vietnam.

According to Apple's website, the iPhone is on sale in 94 countries and territories worldwide.
