ehh..from wat i know..if barred from SG due to some reasons or others...the nxt time she's to apply for SVP to SGP..chances will be close to impossible..

furthermore..during the application of LTSVP..they requite the applicant to hv their thumb print recorded...so if she happedn to be blck listed b4..then i guess..it will be very tough for her....

Chances are she need to prove to the judge that both of them did not consumate ever since they married. Then the judge will decide it's an annulment or separation lead to divource proceedings.

Things are not that easy, suka suka get married, den annul or divorce and then re-apply for student pass. ICA won't grant her so easily. They may even interview her first before any follow-up. Hope it helps.

Is your ger a divorcee and wish to come here for long term stay? Looks like it. Case-by-case-Basis are always used to protect their position. You must need to have those documents ready for them to approve. If your frd has the necessary documents ready, I think shouldn't be a problem. Unless she has other unforseen problems that we didn't aware of.

Like wat our bro here said. Just produce whatever documents they ask and try not to hide anything. My wife produce the "离婚证书" and also having it certified and translated in Singapore.

At least, I gave them all the documents and even some that they did not even ask.

Get me all those listed document. Failing to do so, I also can approved your application.

I got more information already,

the girl is only 20 this year.. anyway have been advised to KIV the annulment/divorce proceedings first with a lawyer friend, till she get a school.

Though she still can prepare to study ,as the girl does intend to study (after all its her $$$$) and she has the docs to prove sufficient funds in her or her parents bank ACC.

She can go study whatever she likes, as I said earlier, but to obtain a Student Pass after her annulment/divorce will be an intricate task.

What I suggest is to let her finalise their martial problems first, the earlier it get done, the better. Since she has the $$$, get her to apply a student pass thru' the school's medium, and let ICA decide whether to give her the pass or not.

To those who have PDMMs as frds or gerfrds, pls take note. In about couple of mths time, ICA will review it's policies on PDMM and Study Pass visas.

For extension, renewal or new application of PDMM visas, ICA will requires them to validate their marriage certs, or divorcee certs and child's birth cert either in GuangZhou or BeiJing. This is to curb fake PDMMs posing the child as hers.

As for Study Pass, may or may not a deposit is required. If not, half-yearly bank statement is for vetting. Fyi.... Rdgs.

Nope, by depositing into any of the 4 major banks. To ensure that's sufficient $$$ for another next review. This is more to the PDMMs category. The student visa not as simple as "just showing them the $$$"

Nope, currently only ensure that they have $270 to be deducted every 3 mths for PDMM's child. They will be required to present their up-to-date bank statement during the next extension.

As I mentioned earlier for new study pass application and the next 2 year renewal, the review will not be so easy as "showing them the money". The private schools will be involved to help to check those moonlighting student pass holders.

I have a gf which was caught working in a KTV 2 years back. and now i want to married her any way for me to bring her in??( PRC)

Have been trying and appealing but seen that i still couldnt get her in
