hi all bros, I really need your help in my concern. I'm a expatriate (asian foreigner). I have spend few day to read almost all of the 4r and acknowledge that damage in GL is always double for the foreigner, so does it happen in PT? How they know I'm not local (i speak good English)? Is there any experience on that pls. Thanks all.

Dear all, I have a little concern need yr help. I'm a foreigner here (come from a asian country). I have read all the 4r and notice that in GL price always double for the foreigner. I have two questions that look for your kind answer:
1. Does it happen (double price for foreigner) in PT? 2. How do they know me a foreigner as I speak English and almost look the same as you are?
